Available Shipping Methods

Local Pickup
We encourage families who prefer a more personal experience to schedule an in-person pickup. This allows you to meet your puppy, see the environment in which they were raised, and receive guidance directly from us. Detailed pickup instructions will be provided to ensure a seamless visit.

Ground Transportation
For families within a reasonable driving distance, we offer ground delivery via trusted, experienced pet transport professionals. All transport vehicles are climate-controlled and include scheduled stops to provide water, food, and rest for your puppy along the way.

Airline Pet Cargo
For clients located further away, we provide domestic airline shipping using certified pet cargo services. Puppies are transported in secure, climate-controlled compartments and travel in airline-approved crates with soft bedding and a familiar item to ease stress. We only work with reputable airlines that adhere to strict safety and welfare protocols for animal transportation.


Shipping Costs

  • Local Pickup: Complimentary

  • Ground Transport: Quoted based on location and delivery logistics

  • Airline Shipping: Varies by destination and includes the travel crate, veterinary health certification, and required documentation

Final shipping fees will be discussed and confirmed during the reservation process.


Delivery Timeline

Our puppies are typically ready for pickup or delivery between 8 to 12 weeks of age, depending on their health, development, and readiness to travel. Once cleared by our veterinarian, we will coordinate the most suitable delivery date and provide timely tracking updates throughout the journey.


Shipping Preparation

All puppies are prepared for travel with the following:

  • Comprehensive Health Examination by a licensed veterinarian

  • Vaccination and Deworming Records

  • Official Health Certificate for transport

  • Travel Comfort Kit, including a soft blanket or toy carrying the scent of their litter


Delivery Tracking and Confirmation

From the moment your puppy departs, you will receive timely notifications regarding shipping status and estimated time of arrival. We require that either you or an authorized representative be present upon delivery to confirm receipt and ensure a safe transition.


Important Considerations

  • Weather-Dependent Travel: We monitor temperatures closely and do not ship during extreme weather conditions that may compromise your puppy’s safety. In such cases, shipping will be rescheduled accordingly.

  • Airport Pickups: For air cargo shipments, clients must present valid identification and arrive at the designated time and location to collect their puppy.

  • Responsibility on Arrival: Clients are responsible for ensuring the safe reception of the puppy upon delivery or pickup. Missed arrivals may incur rescheduling or boarding fees.
